  • Job description

    •	Call, connect and build a rapport with a customer from the time their order is confirmed.
    •	Reiterate the scope of work.  Explain the terms, conditions, inclusions and exclusions of the service package each customer has chosen
    •	Answer customers’ questions and doubts
    •	Cross check and confirm that teams, materials, communication and allied services are all done properly to ensure a happy move experience for the customer
    •	Encourage and guide customers to make the full payment ahead of the move date
    •	Maintain each customer’s profile and order details accurate with clear instructions and notes to the operations team for precise execution of the order.
    •	Schedule and diligently track customers’ shipments and keep the customer informed via calls or emails.
    •	Constantly improvise and find ways to improve efficiency in the move management related tasks that are routine
