HSI is partnering with CISCO to bring back women professionals through their Return-ship Program. As part of this initiative, women with a career break having IT background and good communication skills would be offered with an opportunity to be a part of the Return-ship program with CISCO for 6 months with a stipend.Eligibility: Education: Any Engineering DegreeSkills:  1.            Any IT Development / Test / Support Background with 2+ years of experience.2.            Good Communication SkillReturn-ship Program Details: Duration: 6 months with stipend/ Full Time PositionSelected professionals would be trained by the IT Support Application Team to perform Application Management Tasks from L1 to L3 level. Training begins with L1 trouble shooting, based on your interest and Skill set you will be gradually moved to handle Development and Maintenance Projects or Transformation Projects.After successful completion of 6 months, you would be offered to work as an employee / contract (long term) depending on your performance. Expectations: Candidates are expected to commute to cisco premises on all working days for 6 months.
