About the Program: PragatiPragati is a progressive program to give an opportunity to women professionals who are in a career break and wants to make a comeback to the mainstream. The program prospects include a half-day working arrangement for women who are returning to work after a break. The program intends to explore the talent pool of returning women in the area of Finance and provide a career to them. This talent pool looks at flexibility in timings as the support system available to them at home may not be very strong and hence it is critical to provide the right on-boarding to them at work so that there is good level of work life balance in addition to engaging work assignments. Career at Juniper: Upon engaging well on the assigned tasks and depending on the commitment to the deliverables, the hiring manager could recommend the resource for a full-time position in the organization. The minimum period for observing performance and monitoring progress would be 3-6 months, post which hiring manager could recommend the resource for being considered for a full-time role. Financial Analyst : Part TimeKey qualifications:•	CA with 3+ years relevant experience or tier 2/ Tier 3 institute MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience•	Good understanding of Accounting, FP&A and business organization concepts. •	Expert Excel and financial modelling skills.•	Highly competent in manipulating and analysing large amounts of data and drawing key insights.•	An ability to excel with limited direction/supervision and under ambiguous circumstances.•	Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions / theatres and with varied levels of management.•	Outstanding verbal and written communicator across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
