The role in Site Admin, Facilities, Supply Chain-Logistics and Lab & EHS within Medtronic Engineering and Innovation Center (MEIC), will be responsible for providing management and leadership to the Site Administration, Procurement, Logistics-Shipping ( Internal & External), Lab Operations & EHS. He /she would work collaboratively with Medtronic IT team for smooth operations of IT team at the center.
Minimum 12 plus Years’ experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, and minimum 8 years in site facilities management/ site operations; preferably a MNC

Basic understanding of financial, budgeting and commercial evaluation process is required.
The position requires a highly collaborative individual with operational management/ program management skills and an understanding of the environment, processes and tools required for efficient and effective delivery to various internal & external customers

Bachelor’s degree Engineering or related field
Certified Project Management Professional (PMI Certification)
