Job summary The role in Site Admin, Facilities, Supply Chain-Logistics and Lab & EHS within Medtronic Engineering and Innovation Center (MEIC), will be responsible for providing management and leadership to the Site Administration, Procurement, Logistics-Shipping ( Internal & External), Lab Operations & EHS. He /she would work collaboratively with Medtronic IT team for smooth operations of IT team at the center. EXPERIENCE Minimum 12 plus Years’ experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, and minimum 8 years in site facilities management/ site operations; preferably a MNC KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY The individual will need to possess excellent people skills, project management abilities and be able to identify and prioritize opportunities. Drive for results, inter personal relationships and proactive approach are mandatory for this role. This person must be able to manage a variety of team members (diverse cultural backgrounds), provide strategic input on long-range business plans and provide leadership across departments. Must possess strong operational skills. Ability to manage multiple complex internal and external organizational dynamics. Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently (self-directed) Experience in successfully collaborating with various functional departments Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills including evidence of managing multi-discipline teams Ability to effectively handle conflict through proactive action, and direct and timely communication Attention to detail and experience to check behind the scenes to ensure surprises are minimized Leads by example by setting standards for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Prepare audience specific reports and communications Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across the organization Preference will be given to candidates with a successful track record of leading operational teams in an MNC Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate operational information at all levels inside and outside the organization. Basic understanding of financial, budgeting and commercial evaluation process is required. The position requires a highly collaborative individual with operational management/ program management skills and an understanding of the environment, processes and tools required for efficient and effective delivery to various internal & external customers Must embrace change and work within a changing environment. Required Bachelor’s degree Engineering or related field Preferred MBA Certified Project Management Professional (PMI Certification) OPMP - Operations & Performance Management Professional Certification
