We are hiring for Leading American semiconductor capital equipment company at Bangalore Eligibility Criteria: • Years of Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years • Job Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in any of the following areas: Experience working in a multinational high technology corporation, in operations (Supply Chain), Customer Service, Production planning, preferred. • Educational: B.Sc/BBM or Diploma preferred: ideally in Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Service Operations Primary Responsibilities: • Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet Customer delivery schedules. Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems. Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow. May ensure incoming materials are properly routed. May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet scheduled commitments. • Central Point of Contact for Customer and Global Planning expedite requests and establishes confirmed delivery commitments. • Schedules, coordinates and/or monitors Production/Manufacturing Production Orders through to deliveries to Spares Operations warehouses. • Schedules and/or interfaces with supply chain on material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. • Maintain Quick Base expedite / any CRM tool and Spares Expedite Tool Databases. Reschedules Stock Transfer Purchase Orders (STPO’s) and Re-ATP Sales Orders based on material availability and/or supplier delivery commits in SAP. Escalates to management as required. Mandatory Skills required to perform the job: • Knowledge in ERP preferably in SAP, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) o Basic level in MS Excel • High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines • Experience in Expedite , order fulfillment , supply chain and interaction between different cross functional teams. • Customer interfacing skills, effective listener and professional • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally • Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team • Willingness to work in Shift (1st Shift/2nd Shift) Desirable Skill: • Knowledge in ERP preferably in SAP • Knowledge about any CRM tool • Basic understanding of supply chain process & tools
