Head the recruitment team Resolving problems and managing employee relations in a timely and effective manner. Develop & create the brand name of the company. Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Lifecycle. - Have excellent customer facing skills. - Should come with prior or current experience in Delivery. - Should be able to identify and mitigate project/program risks. - Experience into effective client management systems and technology deliveries & influencing at the senior-most levels in the organization. - Experience in handling min of 5 member team, coaching, mentoring them to deliver to the Expectations - Prepare weekly, monthly strategy for fulfilling the positions and maintaining the productivity reports - Manage the team of recruiters for daily sourcing, follow-ups & interview coordination & train them on latest technology - Recruitment Process Improvements: To Implement initiatives on recruitment planning process, reduction of recruitment lead-time & cost, tracking profile etc - Responsible for goal setting, performance reviews and development plan for the team members - Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
