CONTRACT DRAFTING – ASSOCIATE POSITION Perform First Line Review of contracts e.g. Patent License Agreements, IT Procurement Agreements, Web Hosting Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Software and Data License Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Services Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Purchase and License Agreements etc. Draft responses to parties’ stands to ensure conformity to client specifications to ensure best representation of client requirements in agreements to be reviewed by senior. Serve as an in-house subject matter expert for delivery teams working on reviewing, analyzing and extracting key data points from a wide range of contracts including Patent License Agreements, IT Procurement Agreements. End to end project management including people management and client management. Lead projects with minimum oversight; point person for the client and the project team to spot/address/escalate all subject matter issues. SENIOR ASSOCIATE - REGULATORY MAPPING Regulatory Research & Monitoring attorneys, at a senior associate level, must understand the US legal system and have a good understanding of other countries’ regulatory schemes. These attorneys should be capable of independently understanding the legal issue and should be able to accurately identify applicable statutes and regulations on Westlaw and through internet searches with minimal supervision. QUALIFICATION: • Must have: Law degree • Desirable: LL.M. EXPERIENCE: • Conducting basic training. • Performing Quality checks. • Client communication - mostly written. • Desirable: Experience in regulatory compliance related work.
