Job brief: Tradeboox is looking for an experienced and well-organized Female Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of contact for clients by maintaining meeting schedules and providing information. Responsibilities: Managing all the sales related activity of the company Handling customer enquiries with the help of sales team Tracking sales meetings and ensure they are scheduled on time Effectively communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products Supporting the sales team with meeting schedules Contacting clients and informing them about meetings through calls/emails Making follow-up calls to confirm meetings Speaking with clients using clear and professional language Completing the administrative/documentation needs of the Sales Department
