    Job summary The Office Administrator will play an important role at Iosynth as he/she performs crucial support functions for the organization which are non- technical. This makes the role highly cross-functional and interfaces with Finance, Sales, and R&D. The administrator must have excellent communication skills. A good balance of sensitivity and self confidence will be essential to be successful in this role. This profile will have an all-round exposure to all facets of Administration and Finance and thus requires an extremely sincere, committed, highly organized and flexible candidate. Candidate Skill Sets Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage vendors/customers/govt officials Ability to work independently and as part of a team, interface Basic knowledge of MS Office is a must. Knowledge/Experience of finance and vendor handling will be a plus Applicants must have the ability to deliver consistently and on a very timely manner We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, confident and motivated professionals The candidate must have a very keen eye for detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and decision making skills Role and Responsibilities Vendor Management – Finding, negotiating and handling orders & invoices Logistics management – handling Iosynth’s deliveries to customers Customs handling – Handling imports for Iosynth’s R&D efforts Travel arrangements and Hotel Reservation Facility Management Visitor / Guest Management and management of important office events (meetings, outings etc.) Overall Administration
