    We are an IT-based Product company. We have a product for which we need Customer support engineer. The support needs to be provided in UK office hours (around 2:00 pm to 11:30pm IST – Work from home option after 7pm). We have high volume of data that needs to be analyzed daily. The data is streamed on Linux systems and needs to be analyzed using Excel tools. Experience Required: • Any graduate with at least 5-year in any reputed call center • Should have Excellent oral & written communication in English skills to support client queries • Should have MS Excel & MS PPT Skills • Able to analyze large volume of data in short time • Should be a fast learner • Should be able to take ownership and deliver • Should have experience of supporting SLAs and KPIs • Nice to have: Basic Linux command skills like grep • Nice to have: Advanced Excel skills like pivot, VLOOKUP, match • Nice to have skills: Knowledge of statistics, Business Intelligence, python skills
