    Pre Recruitment Activities: Understanding the client requirements and sourcing the profiles in Job Portals and short-listing profiles based on the job specifications of the requirement. Conducting preliminary telephonic interview with candidates for determining their suitability to match the requirement, understanding their competencies, interest towards the job, applicant\\\'s technical skills & making them understand their roles & responsibilities. Scheduling & coordinating interviews as per candidate and client availability. Follow up with the candidates till joining. Documents verification of shortlisted candidates. Post Recruitment Activities : Following up with the candidates for joining formalities. Providing Induction & Orientation for the new team member. Background check of the candidates with their previous companies. Taking care of Employee Engagement Activities and training programs as and when required. Handling all queries, grievances and escalations from employees and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Make sure the documents like resignation letter, clearance form and other supporting documents are collected for resigned employees.
