    a)Coordinate customer query, order confirmation and fulfilment with YuMiGo team through mail and phone. 
    b)Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
    c)Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
    d) Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
    e) Should be able to coordinate and ensure smooth working of teams across various locations.
    f) Ensuring quality and positive customer experience through smooth operations
    g) Coordination with product, marketing, sales and other support departments.
    h) Keep a track of client feedback.
    Location: All metro cities( Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad)
