Training Program: For returning women professionals.Duration : 3 months/ Part time (online and offline training. Fee:  Chargeable as per the course content and duration. However the complete fee would be returned to the participant who completes the course with certification. Candidates who fail to complete the course successfully will forfeit their training fee. (Check Successful Training Completion Criteria). Prerequisites 3+ years of development experience in major programming language like Java, .Net with programming fundamentals such as loops, functions, variables etc.Shortlisted professionals, need to demonstrate their existing programming skills with sample assignment as per instructions given by HSI experts, before final selection for the training program is done. Candidates are to travel to training location as per training schedule when required at their own expense.After successful completion of the training, candidates are required to take up full time job at client location in Bangalore. Successful Training Completion Criteria: Candidates to clear Online assessment for training completion. E-Certificate/ Placement Assistance: On successful completion of the training program, candidates will receive e-certificate, and  will be offered placement assistance with our corporate client for a Return-ship program.
