• Community Engagement: o Connect with candidates, guide them with the path and update the reports and follow-up with action plan. o PTS Updates o Naukri Verification and Ensure updates happening in Resume DB and Naukri Download folder o Consolidation of Action Based (Assessment, Training, Coaching, Returnship , Other Category and follow-up to take it to closure) o New portal request from client, candidates, mentor or any new request, Chat o Clients follow-up from portal and approve the JD and assist them for fulfillment. o General community mailer, assistance to walk in, events, training etc • Operations o Admin ? Calls, Vendor Follow-ups, Payment Tracking, Invoice Raising and Dispatch, Document Management, Time Sheet Collection, Team Reports • HR Recruitment o Individual Contributor – Handling JD requirement / source forecasted candidates and keep them ready in pipe line o Handle end to end sourcing to fulfillment
