Responsibilities • Interact with client teams and understand their advertising & marketing needs – could be a direct brief or a brief culminating from a client issue at hand • Interact with various members of the internal operations team to ensure and delivery on various brief • Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs (before and during campaign phases) – based on own insights as well as analytics-driven recommendations • Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations • Work with the creative team, digital media team & tech-team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new digital technologies • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion
