o        Understand technical data conversion issues, expertly resolve issues and communicate solutions.
o        Assist customers with their data extract, explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements, and working with them to correct data in their legacy systems and prepare for the data conversion cycle.
o        The Data Conversion consultant should also have good knowledge in Workday HCM Configuration 
o        Ability to help clients resolve conversion issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution
o        Understand Workday\'s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
Requirement 
o        - Workday HCM Core or Financials Core (Required)
o        - Workday HCM /Financials Practical - Iload (Required) 
o        - Should have prior working experience in SAP, PeopleSoft or other HCM ERP tools.
o        - Should have experience with full software development life cycle. 
o        - Should have experience using Workday iLoad for Data Conversion on Workday HCM Implementation
               
Experience & Background 
o        Graduate qualification (B.Tech) from or MCA 
o        4-7 years of experience delivering professional services in ERP HCM domains. 
o        Ability to travel globally
o        Excellent communication skill
