    Roles and Responsibilities:
    ? Reach out to customers, understand issues reported, and explain the issue resolution mechanism
    ? Work with the operations team to understand the issue and resolve them
    ? Ensure the customer is kept informed throughout the resolution process
    ? Ensure the customer is delighted once their complaint is resolved and closed
    ? Reach out to customers for feedback after they have used Pikkol’s services
    ? Encourage customers who have appreciated Pikkol’s service with high ratings to write reviews on public forums
    ? Share issues and complaints data with operations team and push process improvements to prevent recurrence of complaints in the future
    ? Provide suggestions for improvement to the service offerings based on customers’ feedback

    ? Excellent telephone skills and manners
    ? Excellent communication skills
    ? Attention to detail
    ? Prior experience in customer service role would be a plus
