• Visit www.hersecondinnings.com to Register. Choose the role as “Employer” while registering. After completing the registration details, click on ‘Register’, you will then receive a confirmation mail from Her Second Innings on your registered email ID. Open the link and reset your new password
  • After completing your registration formalities and resetting your new password, you may login with your credentials. Go to 'My Account' Page, over there you will find a tab for Post a Job. In post a job page, you can specify the job details.
  • Client will receive notification on their registered email ID with candidate’s profile, alternatively client can view the candidates profile directly by Logging in with their credentials -> My Account → Jobs Posted→ List of jobs that you have posted will get displayed. Click on Applicants → Resume. After interviewing the candidate you can share your comments and Case Status on the same page.
  • We have a pool of Candidates who have taken up or wish to take up assessments. So you can always reach us out at helpdesk@hersecondinnings.com in case you are willing to interview only assessed candidates depending on the job post profile.
