Work involves Raw material sourcing, formulation and recipe preparation, preparing products by carried out various experimentation and creates variants among the same product Carry out panel testing, collection of data, analysis of data collected, modification and re-invention of formulation and recipe and keep trailing till the product finalization Checking of product life with various packing material Establish process and system for raw material and finished products quality control tests and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Collecting and maintaining the data of all activities carried out in food lab includes formulations, recipes, panel testing results, raw material and product quality test, product life tests etc. Generating new ideas / products as per managements requirement Participate in selection of equipment and commissioning plant. Provided support to Operation team for trouble free production, establish quality standard and implementation of GMP. Research on existing flavour’s and products to understand market penetration Co-ordination with on ground staff to understand consumer’s demands Concentrate on finding new uses as well as demand based applications for the product Understanding consumers’ needs and carrying out demand based product research Channel demand to create new products, flavours and mediums to distribute Candidates with doctorate and experience in relevant food field will be preffered.
