    1. Manage Calendar, plan and schedule meeting 2. Liaisoning with client, vendors and tax consultants 3. Recordkeeping of all income and expense statement for filing IT and GST tax returns 4. Maintain and update the database of existing and prospective clients. 5. Drafting of correspondence and sending out routine mailers and communication 6. Setting up of assessments and forwarding reports to the assessee. 7. Scan net for research papers and information 8. Make travel and stay booking 9. Manage social media account. 10. Payment of utility bills.
    The job may require approx 12-15 hours a week. Currently, the volume of work is limited. Initially meeting once a week at office, this can be reviewed.  
    Preferably based in Mumbai
