Job Description for a Career Guidance Specialist 1. Responsible for guiding students in identifying right career choice and charting an education pathway 2. To facilitate engaging and interactive career guidance and support on subject options and post school choices. 3. Responsible to take up three session program for a student face to face or through Skype 4. Need to do follow up calls post each session 5. Need to write summary reports for students completing program. 6. Support Operations team in other tasks in case of requirement.
