1. The incumbent will be reporting directly to Managing Director, Mr. Amitabh Singhi. Maintain CRM data on various software and routine email exchange with clients as per requirement. 3. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. 4. Coordinate and maintain records for phones, office expenses &credit cards, office supplies arrangement & negotiation. 5. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. 6. Support other staff in assigned project based work. 7. Ticket & hotel bookings. 8. Other duties as assigned.
