    Location : Noida, 126th Sector
    
    Responsibilities: -
     1. Drive innovative ways for Talent Acquisition.
    2. Provide leadership and guidance to the TA team.
    3. Provide strategies/guidance/expertise on sourcing through appropriate channels.
    4. Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with team to achieve recruitment targets
    and enhance service delivery.
    5. Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility.
    6. Responsible for developing recruiting plans for meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status
    reports.
    7. Independently responsible for Mid and / or Senior Level hiring.
    8. Review performance of existing sourcing channels.
    9. Conduct competency/behavioural based interviews.
    10. Strategies / Implement / Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required.
    11. Coordinate pre-employment checks (background verification) as defined.
    12. Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer
    activity, job description creation, functional assessment creation, ensuring current positions are
    accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
    13. Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
    14. Effectively manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
    15. Design and drive employee referral programs.
    16. Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates.
    17. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting
    plans and implementation.
    18. Provides advice and assistance to all levels of personnel on various recruiting/talent acquisition related
    matters.
    19. Utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
    20. Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
    21. Perform other special projects as assigned.
    
    
    Qualifications:
    MBA / Postgraduate (Human Resources).
