    Experience: Min 1 year in Community Management / Sales Coordination / Database Management / Customer Service / Event Management

    Effective management of HERoines community is essential for fostering a vibrant, engaging, and well-organised environment. This involves strategic content management, event coordination, and maintaining a positive community culture. 
    
    The role of a community manager involves: 
    
    Implement and manage a marketing and engagement plan in coordination with content team, social media team and community team to initiate strategies for paid memberships and drive a vibrant member engagement Community structure and activities ensuring smooth coordination and execution of daily tasks 
    
    Member acquisition strategies for onboarding more members with a MoM progress 
    
    Manage day to day engagements of Whatsapp groups and platform 
    
    Manage database and leads from webinars, live sessions, events, workshops 
    
    Execute other operational mandates based on business requirements 
    
    Every two months, the community’s progress will be evaluated based on specific metrics like member engagement, content effectiveness, and revenue generation.
