    Location: Madurai Employment Type: Full-Time About Nanneer:
    Nanneer is dedicated to promoting water conservation and sustainable practices within communities. Our mission is to educate and inspire individuals (especially younger generation) to adopt sustainable living habits, ensuring a better future for our planet.
    Key Responsibilities:
    -Anchor Outdoor Campaigns: Lead and manage outdoor campaigns, ensuring they effectively promote water conservation and sustainability. This includes organizing events, setting up booths, and interacting with the public.
    -Conduct Social Experiments: Design and execute social experiments related to Townbuzz (Nanneer’s Signature Campaign Van) to engage the community and raise awareness about water conservation issues.
    -Social Media Management: Take care of Nanneer\'s social media pages by creating and posting engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and growing our online presence.
    -Water Awareness Camps: Conduct interactive water awareness camps in schools, educating children about the importance of water conservation and sustainable practices.
    -Public Engagement: Act as the public face of Nanneer in various activities, including interviews, storytelling sessions, and street performances.
    Support Future Activities: Assist in the planning and execution of all future public-facing activities and campaigns.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey messages clearly and effectively to various audiences.
    • Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Experience in creating and managing content.
    • Event Management: Strong organizational skills to plan and execute outdoor campaigns and school events. Ability to manage logistics and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative ideas for social experiments, awareness programs, and interactive sessions.
    • Public Speaking and Performance: Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and performing in public. Skills in storytelling, interviewing, and performing arts are a plus.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, school staff, and community members. Flexibility to support various projects and initiatives.
    • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is an advantage.
    • Empathy and Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children and the community. Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.
