    Position: Technical Recruiter 
    
    Employment Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract] 
    
    Reports To: [Hiring Manager/Head of HR/Recruitment Lead] 
    
    Overview: 
    
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. 
    
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for various roles within our organization. 
    
    You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. 
    
    Key Responsibilities: 
    
    Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. 
    
    Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
    
    Candidate Screening: 
    
    Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the technical and cultural requirements of the organization. 
    
    Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
    
    Interview Coordination: 
    
    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
    
    Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms tailored to each role. 
    
    Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
    
     Collaboration with Hiring Managers: 
    
    Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs and project requirements. 
    Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate selection and hiring strategies. 
    
    Employer Branding: 
    
    Promote the company’s culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent. 
    
    Participate in networking events, career fairs, and other activities to enhance the company\\\'s employer brand. 
    
    Data Management: 
    
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
    
    Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality. 
    
    Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
     
    Qualifications: 
    
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    
     Experience: 
    Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. 
    
    Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends. 
    Skills: 
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively. 
    
    Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. 
    
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. 
    
    Certifications: Professional HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
