Location : Bangalore - HSR Layout- Work from office Timing : Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM Responsibilities: -Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate new business leads. -Client Engagement: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present Circularity\'s solutions -Lead Nurturing : Work on identified leads and mature them to be handed to the field sales team. -Campaign Follow-ups: Follow-up on social media campaigns, field campaigns to generate leads -Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. -Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on lead status, sales progress, and market feedback to the Sales Manager and Field Sales team Experience & Qualifications - Any bachelor\'s degree/B-Tech /MBA - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills - Excellent command over English & Hindi - At-least 3 years’ experience as Inside Sales Representative with an excellent performance track record in the IT hardware /Software /Services Sales industry
