Skills & Competencies: • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies. • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in writing, editing, and creating visual content. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret social media data and analytics. • Creativity: Innovative mindset with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement. • Knowledge of AI and Tech Trends: Understanding of the AI industry to create relevant and insightful content. Key Responsibilities: • Develop Social Media Strategy: 1. Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and business objectives. 2. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives. • Content Creation & Management: 1. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, CrunchBase etc.,). 2. Schedule regular posts and ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging. • Community Engagement: 1. Foster strong online communities by responding to comments, messages and inquiries promptly. 2. Engage with followers, industry professionals, and influencers to build relationships and promote brand awareness. • Analytics & Reporting: 1. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. 2. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize engagement and reach. • Trend Monitoring: 1. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. 2. Recommend new strategies and platforms to expand our digital footprint. • Collaboration: 1. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and product launches. 2. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content. • Paid Advertising: 1. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives. 2.
