Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and C#.
Lead the design and architecture of new solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by proposing new solutions, technologies, and processes.
Create technical documentation using various documentation techniques to detail design decisions, architecture, and implementation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4-7 years of development experience
Extensive experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and C#.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, including leading discussions, managing expectations, and delivering solutions to clients.
Industry experience in healthcare, real estate, or ERP-related projects is a plus.
Proven experience designing and developing scalable web applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
Experience with database design, development, and optimization in SQL.
Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
Willingness to learn and work on new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
Project and time management skills with experience delivering projects on time.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present solutions effectively.
