Lead - Student Success (SS002)
Job Profile: The role of Lead - Student Success will be responsible for managing a team of
Student Success Executives, ensuring the overall success of our students through effective
counseling, coaching, and support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping student experiences,
driving engagement, and ensuring that our students reach their full potential in terms of
placements and career outcomes.
Qualifications:
? Any Degree
? Certification in counseling or coaching is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Student Success Executives to ensure high-quality
support and guidance is provided to students.
? Oversee the delivery of ongoing support to students, addressing their academic, career,
and personal challenges effectively.
? Develop and implement counseling and coaching strategies that enhance student
engagement, performance, and job readiness.
? Work closely with the technical and placement team to align student coaching activities
with career outcomes, helping students achieve their placement goals.
? Track and evaluate the progress of students, providing feedback and adjustments to
ensure continued success.
? Identify areas for process improvement in student counseling and support, and implement
new strategies to improve student experiences.
? Maintain regular reports on student progress and team performance, using data to drive
improvements in student success programs.
Skills:
? Strong leadership and team management abilities.
? Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to coach / mentor students and drive outcomes
? Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance metrics.
? Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with students from diverse
backgrounds.
