This specific role is focused on Support and maintaining of Enterprise Data Integration Solution Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• webMethods Operational Support & Monitoring: Monitor webMethods environments,
including Integration Server, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, and related services to
ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
• Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to webMethods
platforms (both on-premise and cloud). Provide timely and efficient resolution of incidents to
minimize downtime.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance, identify
bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize webMethods environments for
scalability and reliability.
• Security Management: Ensure the security and compliance of webMethods environments by
managing SSL certificates, ensuring proper configuration of OAUTH2, JWT, SSO, and other
security measures.
• System Configuration & Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patches, and
configuration changes to keep the webMethods environment stable and secure. Optimize
system resources to ensure maximum uptime.
• Automation & Scripting: Create and maintain automation scripts for routine operational tasks
(such as deployments, environment checks, and monitoring) to improve efficiency and reduce
manual interventions.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage backup strategies and disaster recovery processes for
webMethods systems to ensure business continuity.
• Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring
issues, and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents. Contribute to process
improvements to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining webMethods
platforms, including Integration Server, Trading Networks, and Universal Messaging Server.
• System Administration: Strong expertise in managing and supporting webMethods
environments on various operating systems (like Linux).
• Performance Tuning: Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning webMethods
environments to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.
• Automation & Scripting: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Groovy) to
automate routine tasks, system monitoring, and deployments.
• Security Knowledge: Familiarity with implementing security measures in webMethods
environments, including SSL, OAUTH2, JWT, and secure communications between systems.
• Monitoring & Tools: Proficient in using monitoring tools to track system health, performance,
and availability. Ability to diagnose issues using logs and performance data.
