Roles and Responsibilities:
1. IT Recruitment Expertise:
o 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
o Strong understanding of technical job roles, technologies, and skillsets.
2. Client-Centric Focus:
o Handle Contract-to-Hire (CTH) hiring and build high-performance teams.
o Drive Full-Time Employee (FTE) hiring for various technical roles.
3. Candidate Experience:
o Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates.
o Source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
o Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
4. Communication and Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate and client interaction.
5. Social Media Savvy:
o Leverage social media platforms to enhance employer branding and recruitment reach.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience:
o Current experience in IT recruitment (CTH and FTE hiring).
o Proven track record of building teams in a dynamic environment.
o Good knowledge on IT Skills or Experience in IT Fields
