Qualification & Experience:

 -Experience in materials testing holding Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BSc Physics
-Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the field of material testing lab
-Hands-on use of computers – MS Word, Excel is required.

Job Responsibilities:

-Sample Preparation following \"\"Standard work\"\" involves cutting, polishing, drying, end-tabbing and strain gauging.

- Equipment’s to operate following \"\"Standard Work\"\" - Oven, Weighing scale, furnace, mechanical testing, and optical microscope.

-Movement of materials & chemicals from stockroom to lab and handling following Safe operating procedure and Standard work

- Coordinating with vendors, movement of samples from one lab to another, housekeeping of equipment’s and work table.

-Maintain materials & consumable inventory, Labeling and packaging samples for shipments.

-Route checking & monitoring of experiments & recording, tabulation & plotting data and documentation using MS word, Excel tools
