Your Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Event & Community Engagement Specialist to plan, promote, and host inspiring online and offline events. Your work will directly grow HSI’s community of clients and candidates while driving partnerships and sponsorships to expand our impact.

What You’ll Do:
Plan & Execute Events: Host impactful online/offline events like webinars, mentoring sessions, and career guidance workshops that connect and inspire.
Engage the Community: Be the voice of HSI across social media, sparking conversations and building excitement around events and initiatives.
Drive Partnerships: Build relationships with sponsors and partners to amplify HSI’s mission and secure support for events.
Boost Client & Candidate Growth: Use events and campaigns to attract new clients and bring women professionals closer to their dream careers.
Measure Impact: Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve to ensure success.
