Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a School Outreach and Program Enrollment Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience engaging schools in programs, contests, or learning initiatives. This role involves building relationships with schools, driving participation in our programs, and ensuring successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1.School Engagement:
2.Identify and approach schools to promote [specific program/contest].
3.Build and maintain long-term relationships with school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
4.Program Enrollment:
a.Pitch and present the program’s benefits to schools, teachers, and students.
b.Achieve participation targets by effectively convincing schools to sign up.
c.Handle the registration process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for schools.
5.Event Coordination:
a.Coordinate the delivery of contest materials (question papers, study resources, certificates, etc.) to participating schools.
b.Manage logistics and timelines to ensure successful program execution.
6.Market Research:
a.Identify trends and opportunities in the school education space.
b.Gather feedback from schools to improve program offerings.
7.Reporting:
a.Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, enrollments, and program progress.
b.Provide regular updates and reports to the management.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
a.Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
b.Post-graduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
2.Experience:
a.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in school outreach, sales, or program coordination.
b.Prior experience working with educational institutions, edtech companies, or contest-based organizations is preferred.
3.Skills:
a.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
b.Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to school stakeholders.
c.Proven track record in achieving sales or enrollment targets.
d.Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple schools and programs simultaneously.
4.Technical Skills:
a.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
b.Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
