SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of work includes setting up a Food Safety Management System and monitoring the same at the cafeteria of GE at Whitefield, Bangalore. The tasks will include.
Complete Hygiene guidance to Food handlers – periodic trainings (minimum once in a month); regular guidance
Review the food test results and provide able guidance on understanding the results as well as any remedial actions that need to be taken.
Complete day to day monitoring of the food safety aspects onsite
Periodically update the Food Safety guidelines to Client and Food vendors
Identify 2 vendors for next 6 months who can be aligned for the food service
Ensure the site is ready for Eat Right Campus Certification
One compliant vendor to be identified by you every quarter who has requisite promoted score in terms of base kitchen audit, transportation of food and necessary FSSAI licenses.
Check if food bought in by hotels as part of events conducted at GE Aerospace also as per the FSSAI standards of operation.
Kitchen Audit of hotels listed by facilities team to check hygiene and operating standards.
Audit if vendors are aligned to FSSAI standard of operations when using GE base kitchen as part of large events happening at the centre.
