JD: Salesforce:

· Provide day-to-day support by troubleshooting the Salesforce issues
· Should have strong knowledge on opportunity, quote management and CPQ
· Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows
· Provide recommendations on following best practices for Salesforce implementation to enhance user experience
· Knowledge on Salesforce integration with other ERP tools like MSD,SAP and Workday.
· Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
