1. Monitor and force Process teams to close Template Bugfixes latest at sprint end in SolMan
2. Provide TRs for Template Bugfixes with Polarion &  SolMan
3. Execute XLD of Template Bugfixes to consumer system lines and ensure XLD is done to all consumer in parallel
4. Document Incidents according to concept
5. Improve concept and efficiency of incident management and Retrofit
6. Main support for Incidents during Europe office hours
