Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Work from Office in Chennai or Remote
Experience: 0-2 years (Preferably from Insurance, Finance, or similar industries)
Language: Should know English and (Kannada or Hindi or Tamil or Telugu etc.)

NEET, and CBSE exams through expert-led courses and innovative learning methods. We
are looking for dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our team and drive student enrolments
through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and
offerings.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Understand students' learning needs and recommend the best programs.
• Handle objections and clarify doubts to convert leads into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a strong competitive spirit.
• Excellent communication skills in English and [regional languages preferred].
• Confidence in handling calls and engaging with parents/students.
• Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresher’s with strong
communication skills are welcome.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
