Job Title: Procurement Support Executive
Location: Onsite – GE Office
Experience Required: 5 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end procurement activities across Facilities Management, MRO, Capex, and Engineering categories.
Handle vendor communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.
Draft and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) and procurement-related emails.
Track procurement requests, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Maintain accurate procurement data and documents in relevant systems/tools.
Support invoice processing and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement best practices.
Requirements:
5–6 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or facilities-related domains.
Hands-on experience in MRO, Capex, and Engineering procurement support.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using procurement systems and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must be willing to work from GE office.
