• Ensuring on time MIS reporting
• Handle queries from customers
• Client complain and escalation management
• Providing accurate information to all clients as per the extant guidelines and policies

• Follow up with customers, Scrutiny and submission of Proper Documentation
• Preliminary Scrutiny of documents and inform discrepancy to RM/CSE for all import and export transactions
• Scrutiny of the Due diligence checklists submitted for new clients
• Timely issuance of client advices and preparing MIS
