Manjula Dharmalingam, founder of Her Second Innings to create women empowerment through financial freedom. She has over 2 decades of industry experience in Technology, Business, Training and Human Resources that includes, setting up and managing enterprises. She has worked with organizations such as IBM, Airtel in the domain of Telecom, Oil & Gas Sector and in the field of Software Development, Process Optimization and Program Delivery.

Rampriya, leads the resourcing efforts at Her Second Innings by working collaboratively with women professionals returning from a career break and the hiring managers. She is a Masters Graduate in Computer Science, with 4.5 years of technical work experience at Mphasis. A sincere and hardworking professional, she switched her area of work from information technology to resourcing so her career can suit her desired schedule.

Revathi often wears different hats to drive the success at HSI, Shes involved in planning and executing returnship programs and boot camps that help returning woman up skill and re-enter the workforce. With Years of Entrepreneurial experience added with Marketing and Corporate experience, Revathi has chosen an exploratory and adventurous path of gaining new experiences in areas such as Helpdesk Management, Customer Relationship Management and Career counseling to discover her passion to bring positive force to candidates.

Prashanthini manages the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the user-friendly Her Second Innings web portal. With corporate experience from different IT companies she brings expertise in web development and management. After a 4-year sabbatical, during which she was an entrepreneur, she returned to her passion for web development by joining HSI.

Soorya oversees the marketing communication activities in accordance with Her Second Inning’s mission and purpose.She believes in Her Second Inning’s vision to help women professionals returning from a career break reintegrate into the corporate environment thereby regaining their confidence and leading a financially independent life.

Jennifer is a Career Coach at Her Second Innings guiding community members to set goals to achieve professional and personal success. Coming from an IT background, after a 13 year sabbatical, she discovered her Second Innings in the areas of counseling and coaching. Her passion in empowering woman rediscover their emotional and professional footing is the bond that connects her with HSI.
