I am a .net resource with 8+ years of career break, and HSI team helped me a lot to join Infosys as CTH position. From getting an interview scheduled, once selected, they will be there with you for any small query you have. I successfully get joined Infosys with all there support. I trusted them, you should also for a fruitful career. I am waiting to get a permanent position in Infosys, with all my hard work and there support. I am very happy am placed in Infosys through HSI though I am on a career break of 8.5 years. I need to say many thanks to Narmada my mentor, and Rampriya for motivating,supporting and being on my side through out the process of placement. The day, was my birthday, when the result of my given interview was out, Narmada surprised me and infact gifted me this good news that I had got selected and my candidature was being considered, and that has filled me with great and new confidence. When I decided to take break from work to focus on my personal life, I never imagined that it would be so difficult to get back into the workforce. Dearest Team HersecondInnings, When I read the name of your company, felt like you’re already telling my story! By profession, I am a software engineer. I worked in two amazing companies before I had my son and decided to take care of him and be around him at home full time as I stay in a nuclear setup. For that time, my decision was perfect, as my son needed the care and the attention in those early growing years! As years started progressing, I started working on a parallel career and took up the entrepreneur route. It was only when he turned 4, when I felt I wanted to get back to my original love, my ITGC audit work. I started preparing again, updated my profile on the portals and started receiving numerous calls in no time. All of them had the same thing in common- either they were not comfortable in taking someone who has been on a break, or they were looking for a full time employee who could physically make it at home. My circumstances were the same, if I were to work, it had to be from home. I must’ve attended 100+ calls, all in vain. Finally, when I received a call from Narmada, I was accustomed to the same conversations and information exchange. But this call was different – they were looking for someone who was returning to work after a break and the job profile was for a work from home. It turned out to be a dream job, in a dream company – PWC. I was elated! And in no time found myself brushing up my concepts again, appearing for the interview

AFTER A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW I GOT SELECTED FOR INFOSYS AND NOW I JOINED AS ENGINEERING LEAD IN INFOSYS. I am very thankful to Second Innings for helping me to get placed in Infosys. I had 13 years of career break. I took the break willingly to spend more quality time with my kids. Once they have grown up I decided to resume. I felt like diving in ocean when I started my journey with Google certifications and then searching for job. Meghana ma’am one day called and mentioned we help women in break to get placed.I felt a rau of hope. Few days later I got a call for interview .nad evrything fell in place as I had Google certifications and 8 years of experience Almighty’s blessings and reference through Second innings.I just want to say nothing is impossible if we stay determined and believe in ourselves. Of course just getting placed is not the final destination. We have to keep upskilling nad giving our best at work. I have lot of respect towards the job I got as it was not a cake walk. Hey Folks! I am Surbhi Bhati I recently joined Infosys as Technology Analyst after a long gap in career. Previously I was working in another IT big shot TCS but due to maternity I had to pause my career on maternity leave. After some time I felt I need to give even more time to my child so i resigned from the company as my baby was of top priority to me. Time flew & I had my second baby. I raised both my daughters paying all my attention and care I could to them. This is my second life. Due to some personal reasons I quit my career and later when I was planning to restart not sure about how and where to approach. Getting into a company like Infosys was never in my thoughts. But this team especially Narmada has done it. She initially called me for a different company, since it was not exciting, I shown little interest. It was then they informed about Infosys openings and applied for it. I returned to work in IT after a very long break of about more than 5 years. I am a Computer Science Engineering Graduate and started my career happily in a well established company. I obtained diverse experience ranging from providing software solutions, implementation, maintenance, training etc. I was very successful in my career for 10 years. After that I was held up with family commitments and child care which forced me to take a break from my career.
