Are you a software techie on a break? We may have something to catch your attention
- Training Program: For returning women professionals in Python Programming.
- Duration : 3 months/ Part time (online and offline training)
- Location: Bangalore
- Training Fee: Chargeable as per the course content and duration. However the complete fee would be returned to the participant who completes the course with certification. Candidates who fail to complete the course successfully will forfeit their training fee. (Check point 6 for details on Successful Training Completion criteria).
- Prerequisites
- 3+ years of development experience in major programming language like Java, .Net with programming fundamentals such as loops, functions, variables etc.
- Shortlisted professionals, need to demonstrate their existing programming skills with sample assignment as per instructions given by HSI experts, before final selection for the training program is done.
- Candidates are to travel to training location as per training schedule when required at their own expense.
- After successful completion of the training, candidates are required to take up full time job at client location in Bangalore.
- Successful Training Completion Criteria: Candidates to clear Online assessment for training completion.
- E-Certificate/ Placement Assistance: On successful completion of the training program, candidates will receive e-certificate, and will be offered placement assistance with our corporate client for a Return-ship program.

Business Development Training

- Training Program: For returning women professionals to train as Business Development Specialist.
- Location: Bangalore
- Duration: 2 months/ Part Time
- Training Fee: Chargeable as per the course content and duration. However the complete fee would be returned to the participant who completes the course with certification. Candidates who fail to complete the course successfully will forfeit their training fee. (Check point 6 for details on Successful Training Completion criteria).
- Prerequisites:
- Professionals with good communication skills, passion to connect with people, able to network, systematic in following the process and documentation.
- Able to pitch an idea / product / service to prospective clients
- Candidates are to travel to training location as per training schedule when required at their own expense.
- After successful completion of training, candidates are to be willing to commit to full time work or Part time (4 to 6 hours each day) with client to pursue their career after training.
- Successful Training Completion Criteria: Candidate to complete a pilot assignment with real client.
- E-Certificate/ Placement Assistance: On successful completion of the training program, candidates will receive e-certificate, and will be offered placement assistance with our clients.
