Coordinate between the clients and the internal team to provide smooth solution on quick time. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and to keep records of customer interactions, reports and logs. - Willing to travel to client places to implement the program and monitor sessions periodically - Update client-side information in the log/database during and after each call/visit - Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in product and keep informed the clients - Generate reports - Maintain a positive and very good relationship with the customers. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
