Requirements: 
-Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java & Springboot Developer, with at least 3 years of team handling experience 
-Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. 
-Proficiency in Springboot framework, including Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. 
-Extensive experience with Java development tools, such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA. 
-Deep familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL. 
-Expert knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques. 
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. 
-Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. 
-Leadership and management skills
