Key Skill Sets:
Qualifications:
· You have at least 5 + years of experience in consulting, preferably with 2 to 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
· You have practical experience in field service, customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledge base, contracts/SLAs, field service planning, stock, and asset management.
· You have served as a consultant on at least two end-to-end implementations
· Strong experience within Field Service Module.
· Copilot knowledge would be added advantage
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in configuring field service applications.
· Managing work orders and scheduling resources.
· Knowledge of the Field Service mobile app. · Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Interpersonal Skills:
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
· Implementing solutions to schedule resources and meet customer requirements.
· Optimizing resources by matching skills, locations, and availability. · Managing and dispatching work orders

Budget : 23 LPA as CTC for SAL1/SAL2 6 to 9 years and 32 LPA as CTC for 10 plus years
