I worked in two amazing companies before I had my son and decided to take care of him and be around him at home full time as I stay in a nuclear setup. For that time, my decision was perfect, as my son needed the care and the attention in those early growing years! As years started progressing, I started working on a parallel career and took up the entrepreneur route. Am from Networking background. I came to know about HSI through friends when I was searching for a job badly after my maternity break of 3 years!!
Got a call from HSI about the requirement in Networking domain and within a week I got my interview done from CISCO and was placed as a contract employee in 5 weeks. I was on a break after my kid . I thought I will join back after a year or so. But 3 years went by and I was still at home. I lacked confidence and courage . Had a very hard time looking for an opportunity to resume my work. I am very grateful I came across HSI(Her Second Innings) website and registered myself. To my surprise I got a call after few months regarding a job opportunity for Women Returnees with more than 2 years of gap in their career. I was excited to apply for the same. My interview was scheduled within a week with Colt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The interview went wonderful. However, the process took around a month and I was given the opportunity to work with Colt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. For the month that I didn’t get any confirmation, I was constantly in touch with RamPriya (HSI Recruiter). She was very much considerate and patient to answer my queries . I have heartfelt gratitude for RamPriya and HSI for their support and effort in helping me find the job .They have done an amazing job making it a lot of easier for me to join a reputed company.

Hi Manjula and HSI Team, I want to share my happiness with all of you. Dreams Come True. About my journey, after completing my MCA, I was working in IT industry in Chennai for 2 and half years. After that, I quit my job because of my marriage and moved to another location. For the last 9 years, I didn’t think about my career because of my husband’s various posts and also taking care of 2 kids. 2021 November I have started thinking about my career. From where to start, whom to connect, how to apply a job. These are all the questions that came up in my mind. Then in the month of May 2022, I discussed with my Ex-manager about coming back to work. She told about HSI, and she shared Revathy’ s number as well. Immediately, I have connected with Revathy and got to know the details of RPA, and immediately I have enrolled that course (July 2022). I did the RPA foundation and advance course and completed the assignments and projects, which made me more confident. Then, I prepared for the interview and got selected as an intern in the month of Feb 2023. Now, in the same company, I got selected as a Juniors RPA developer (June 2023). I achieved this because of constant support from Manjula and the HSI Team. I want to show my gratitude to Manjula, Revathi, Rampriya, Sumathi, Preethi, Sukanya, and the whole HSI team. I had to take break from career due to various personal reasons. When I heard of HSI initially I was not sure but I thought to give a shot and it was the best decision I made. I began my second innings with HSI and Snipe. I am so grateful for all the guidance, support and mentoring i received here. I kept working hard no matter what. Now when I look back to my journey it was quite a roller coaster ride but my “never give up” attitude helped me keep going.

I was on a career break since the start of 2016 due to maternity and full-time parenting. Last year, I was determined to return to work and started searching for a job with around 7+ years of break. That time I learned about HSI via LinkedIn and applied for the Full Stack Returnship program. I got live training from a trainer Mallikarjuna where the curriculum was helpful to me in learning new things in the technology stack, and I got the opportunity to work on a live project and gained hands-on exposure. Rampriya from HSI has been assisting me during the whole interview process. First, I thank God for giving me the zeal to return to the workplace. I also thank my trainer, the HSI team, and Infosys for helping me break the break.

when I joined the RPA demo session, I didn’t have anything in mind to restart or anything like that. I was on break for almost 2+ years. But then it was HSI and Manjula, which made me think about restarting. As a result, I actually joined RPA training. Namratha and Nisha as trainers were awesome. I enjoyed RPA training, completed it, and finished my pilot project as well. With the help of HSI and Rampriya, I got placed in core technology as Well. My sincere thanks to HSI and the team. It has been a little difficult journey so far to find the right opportunity as many employers do have a constraint of recruiting candidates with an employment gap of more than 2 years. I have joined CISCO ERMO team as Project Manager. My past experience was with Accenture for 7 years and due to family concerns I had to resign my job and after 2 years of break am back to work with CISCO.

I sincerely thank HSI for setting up the interview with CISCO team and after frequent follow ups with different teams for many days, I am able to get such a wonderful opportunity. Now I can rebuild my skills, learn new things and also need to prove myself for the role and responsibility that is given to me.

Got into return-ship at CISCO through H.S.I. That benefitted me a lot. I joined through the bootcamp. I had a break of 7 years (2 years of MBA and then 2 kids) and no organization would take me because of the gap. H.S.I provided the platform, it helped me to upgrade the skills. The best part is I got flexible timings at CISCO that makes it easy for me to balance my work and personal life now. H.S.I. helped me get the opportunity. I first of all thank HSI for introducing me to the world of RPA (to which I was totally unknown).
I feel joining HSI, to pursue my career restart goal, was the utmost and right decision I ever made.
It has given me an opportunity to know on my skill strength and a way to know where do I stand in
this career market.
RPA by UiPath has given me the opportunity to explore on my development skills (my previous
career being on Mobile app testing) which I find very fascinating and keeps me engaged in
researching new ways towards any problem resolution.
