Program Structure & Training Phases

AI Automation Full Stack Developer

Total Program Duration: 420 Hours

Phase 1:

AI & Full Stack Skill Foundation

Develop a strong foundation in full-stack development integrated with AI and automation capabilities. This phase covers core programming, modern frontend frameworks, backend development, API creation, and the fundamentals of AI-driven workflows, including automation tools and intelligent integrations. Learners will gain hands-on exposure to building smart applications that combine traditional software engineering with AI-powered features.

  • Successful completion of instructor-led technical assessments
  • Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack tools, frameworks, and AI integration basics

Phase 2:

AI-Driven Capstone Project

Apply your skills by developing an end-to-end AI-enabled full-stack application. This project simulates real-world use cases such as intelligent automation systems, AI-powered dashboards, or smart APIs.

Milestone Validation

  • Delivery of a complete AI-integrated capstone project evaluated by industry experts
  • Implementation of automation logic, APIs, and intelligent features
  • Successful clearance of mock interviews assessing both technical and problem-solving capabilities
Phase 3:

On-the-Job Training – OJT

Work on live, production-level projects in a structured returnship model, focusing on AI-powered applications and automation workflows. Collaborate with mentors and project managers while contributing to real deliverables involving integrations, APIs, and scalable systems.

  • Consistent performance and contribution to live AI/automation projects
  • Evaluation through mentor reviews and Project Manager assessments
  • Demonstrated readiness for roles such as AI Automation Developer / Full Stack Engineer

This program focuses on enterprise-grade application development using Java-based technologies. It equips learners with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and industry-standard backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, while also covering modern frontend development practices. The course is designed to prepare candidates for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications widely used in large-scale enterprise environments. Participants will gain hands-on experience in designing robust backend systems, integrating APIs, and managing relational databases, along with deploying applications in production-ready environments.

Learners will work with frameworks such as Django or Flask to develop dynamic, data-driven applications suitable for startups and fast-paced development environments. The course also focuses on backend logic, API development, and efficient handling of both relational and NoSQL databases, preparing learners for versatile full-stack roles.
