Sukanya Ramchandran is the  Head of Diversity  Equity & Inclusion @Wipro.Her experience spans across the areas business partnering, talent management , executive compensation, Long term and short term Incentive design and management. She has built expertise in the domains of Geo compensation, sales compensation , Long term incentive design, mobility, executive pay and talent management processes like Performance management and succession planning She currently leads the rewards portfolio for USA, Canada and LATAM for Wipro. She was part of the Top 100 in HR identified by Jombay in 2019. She is trained on Merce IPE methodology and a certified assessor by XLRI. She also is a certified expert on long term incentive by AON Hewitt.
